House made of money in Rocky Mount

UCPS is dedicated to reimagining the vacant properties in Edgecombe and Nash counties.

We serve absentee owners of property in the twin counties of Edgecombe and Nash counties here in Rocky Mount, NC. These absentee owners of vacant or inherited properties may not know that they don't need to pay for costly repairs on the property. A recent inheritance need not decline in value due to inattentiveness.

Simply stated, we value transactional HONESTY. Our clients are part of our family. We make certain that the process we use is clear and easily understood. INTEGRITY means to us that we'll be there holding up our end of the experience, from initial contact, during the transaction, and afterward to ensure an extraordinary experience for our clients. Living in the twin counties has made UCPS feel RESPONSIBLE for helping to enrich the livability and enjoyment of safe neighborhoods. We feel good and want others to feel they can be FRIENDLY with the people of the twin counties and foster FAMILY orientation for a better, safer twin county area.

About Alfred

My name is Alfred B. Johnson Jr., and my journey into real estate began a few years ago. As a father of three children who attended or currently attend Northeast Carolina Preparatory School, my family has always been my source of strength.

Eight years ago, we relocated to Rocky Mount to care for my mother and provide my kids with a chance to experience a less daunting school/life balance. My brother challenged me to attend a real estate seminar in Greenville, urging me to follow a more strategic path toward generational wealth. Accompanied by my wife, I attended the three-day seminar. Inspired by what we learned, we set our sights on the Twin Counties and believed we could make a difference in the lives of vacant homeowners in Edgecombe and Nash Counties.
